Terms and Conditions for sxi6s — Pakistan's Online Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the sxi6s platform in any way — whether through a browser, mobile application, or any other interface — you are confirming that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and sxi6s.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using sxi6s immediately and not proceed with registration or any real-money activity. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms as they may be updated from time to time.

2 Eligibility

To register and use sxi6s for real-money gaming and sports betting, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing sxi6s from a jurisdiction where online gaming activity is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of sxi6s or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that applies to sxi6s.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

sxi6s reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Registering on sxi6s while knowingly not meeting these eligibility requirements is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance held.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active account on sxi6s. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates may have all balances confiscated and all accounts permanently closed.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these terms and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your sxi6s account credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. sxi6s will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or phone. sxi6s accounts are for personal use only. You may not allow another person to operate your account, and you may not operate an account on behalf of another person. All activity carried out through your account login credentials is your responsibility.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on sxi6s are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your account balance instantly. Bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard deposits are also accepted and typically reflect within a few minutes.

By depositing funds to sxi6s, you confirm that the money is yours, that you are the authorised holder of the payment method being used, and that the funds are not proceeds of any illegal activity. sxi6s is obliged to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and may hold or return funds pending investigation.

sxi6s does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. We have no control over and accept no liability for third-party payment provider charges. The sxi6s platform is not a financial institution and deposits do not earn interest.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to identity verification requirements being met and no active investigation or account restriction being in place. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where operationally possible. sxi6s may request additional identity and payment verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.

Standard withdrawal processing time is within a few hours during business hours. In cases requiring manual review, processing may take up to 48 hours. sxi6s will communicate clearly if a withdrawal is delayed and the reason for the delay.

• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets are typically completed within minutes.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on your bank.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal containing bonus-derived funds can be processed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

sxi6s may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be communicated clearly when the offer is made, including any wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds.

Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, bonuses on sxi6s are available to one person, one household, one device, and one payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times, or structuring deposits to exploit bonus mechanics, is considered bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus, any winnings derived from it, and account closure.

sxi6s reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or circumstances outside our control. In such cases, affected players will be notified promptly.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games available on sxi6s — including slot machines, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Ludo, Aviator, and Virtual Sports — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence for the mechanics of that game, but these general terms govern the account relationship.

All game outcomes on sxi6s are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by players or by sxi6s. The use of any software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with sxi6s games is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Progressive jackpot winnings are credited in full to the winning player's sxi6s balance. In the event of a system error affecting a jackpot display or calculation, sxi6s reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet, but is not liable for any jackpot amount displayed due to a verified system malfunction.

8 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on sxi6s are accepted in accordance with the individual sport and market rules available in the Sports Betting section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted those rules for that specific market.

• Abandoned or postponed events: If a sports event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum bet: Rs 100 per selection.
• Maximum bet: Shown in the betslip. Limits vary by sport, market, and event. sxi6s reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits at any time.
• Accumulator bets: If one or more selections in an accumulator are voided, the remaining selections stand and the odds are recalculated without the voided selection.
• Cash Out: The cash-out feature is offered as a convenience and can be withdrawn from a market at any time. sxi6s accepts no liability if a cash-out option is unavailable at a specific moment due to data feed issues or technical constraints.
• Obvious errors: sxi6s reserves the right to void any bet placed on clearly incorrect odds resulting from technical or human error. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors are in breach of these terms.

In-play betting odds are provided in real time and reflect the current state of the event. The speed and accuracy of live data feeds is subject to the performance of third-party data providers. sxi6s accepts no liability for losses arising from data feed delays beyond our reasonable control.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sxi6s and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting technical errors, malfunctions, or incorrectly set odds for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in card games or any game where collusion provides an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing or placing bets with inside knowledge of predetermined outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits and withdrawals.
• Attempting to access another player's sxi6s account without authorisation.
• Creating false or misleading account information to evade verification requirements.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or sxi6s staff through any communication channel.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

sxi6s reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority.
• Death of the account holder (in which case the estate must contact sxi6s).
• At your own request — you may close your sxi6s account at any time by contacting support.

In cases of account closure due to verified misconduct, any balance held may be forfeited. In all other cases, eligible funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any outstanding verification is completed.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Delayed or failed internet connections on your end.

• Actions taken by a third party who has gained unauthorised access to your account through your own negligence in protecting your credentials.

In no event shall sxi6s's total liability to any player exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. sxi6s is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

14 Changes to These Terms

sxi6s may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of sxi6s after updated terms have come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any change, your option is to close your account before the new terms take effect. We will always maintain a version history so that you can review what has changed and when.
